Overview In this role, you partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable planning and forecasting processes that support the Business Line's growth. You'll own data hygiene and produce analyses that influence leadership decisions and the line's economics. You will handle large, imperfect datasets to surface actionable insights and turn ambiguity into structured recommendations. You'll work with senior leaders and help build operating rhythms that drive operational excellence in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities- Build and iterate planning, forecasting, and operational processes for the Business Line
- Develop bespoke analyses and operating rhythms to improve data accuracy and reporting
- Collaborate with Business Development, Production, and Mission Operations to manage forecast changes
- Improve data management and hygiene processes
- Analyze large, imperfect datasets to surface insights for leadership
- Prepare concise, high-quality materials for leadership reviews
Key requirements- 2+ years in an investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy & operations role
- High ownership with outcome orientation and humility
- Excellent analytical skills with imperfect data experience
- Ability to switch between details and the big picture
- Clear written and verbal communication, including senior leadership presentations
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
