Sr Electrical Engineer, Amazon Robotics

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead the design, validation, and release of complex electrical systems for Amazon Robotics. You'll work with an interdisciplinary team to move concepts into production, guiding hardware architecture and embedded design while coordinating with other disciplines. Your contributions will shape product reliability, safety, and manufacturability at scale. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive designs from concept to production, including prototyping, validation, testing, and certification
• Lead a technical team on multiple projects in parallel
• Coordinate all engineering activities for the project and ensure alignment with other disciplines
• Develop functional specifications, design verification plans, and test procedures
• Architect and implement complex embedded hardware and analog/digital circuits; perform systems debugging
• Support product releases to manufacturing and customer deployments
• Establish development processes to meet IEC 61508 functional safety standards

• Experience in designing functional specifications, verification plans, and test procedures
• Experience with motherboard and PCB design, including schematic capture, stackup, and layout
• Good communication skills and ability to lead a team of Electrical Engineers
