Overview In this role you will own and optimize niche specialty deposit portfolios, supporting the SVP of Specialty Deposits. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex fiduciary accounts and related products, ensuring compliance and profitability while driving client acquisition and retention. You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, Risk, Technology, and Data teams to coordinate product execution. Responsibilities- Act as the niche business owner for complex fiduciary accounts with strict regulatory compliance
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of specialty deposit products, including business cases and value propositions
- Own portfolio strategy, profitability, pricing, and compliance to drive acquisition and retention
- Research and propose feature enhancements to modernize products
- Partner with business line leaders and marketing to design campaigns and sales strategies
- Ensure disclosures and rate changes comply with banking regulations and monitor state rules
- Develop or update policies and respond to third-party inquiries
- Train commercial/private bank teams with toolkits and job aids
- Monitor customer journey and incorporate feedback to improve satisfaction
- Use reporting to identify product trends, operational issues, and drive team reviews
- Develop and monitor KPIs, MIS reporting, dashboards, and portfolio performance metrics
Key requirements- Minimum 5-7 years in banking or financial services with exposure to deposit products or treasury services
- Bachelor's degree as listed in education field
- Professional certifications such as CRCM, CTP a plus
- Knowledge of banking/treasury systems (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Silverlake)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exposure to fiduciary, escrow, or treasury management clients is helpful
- Familiarity with fintech partnerships or embedded banking structures a plus
