Overview In this role, you own the technology product roadmap for Voya's advisor experience, shaping AI-native tools to boost advisor capacity and client outcomes. You partner with Wealth Management and field teams to define problems worth solving and translate them into concrete solutions. You lead a small PM team, work closely with engineering, and ensure the products influence advisor behavior while meeting regulatory standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on how advisors work and how clients are served.

Responsibilities- Own and prioritize the Advisor Experience Technology Product Roadmap across advisor copilot, proposal generation, client context, and next-best-action
- Develop measurable milestones and business cases using field feedback, research, adoption data, and competitive analysis
- Define outcome-oriented success metrics and be accountable for post-launch results
- Partner with Wealth Management leadership and field to identify and frame problems, translating those into crisp product specs
- Write PRDs and technical specs for a small AI engineering team with clear acceptance criteria
- Maintain fluency in advisor workflow and identify where AI changes outcomes at each stage
- Drive AI-native advisor tools, prototype cycles, and ensure human-in-the-loop where appropriate
- Coordinate launches with Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and operations; own go-to-market and adoption measurement
- Lead and develop a small PM team; build relationships across business units; manage risk exposure
Key requirements- 10+ years in product management with at least 4 years in AI/ML or digital product roles at tech, fintech, or financial services
- Proven track record shipping production digital or AI-powered products from discovery to adoption
- Leadership experience; ownership of a roadmap for a product area
- Experience in a regulated environment (wealth, brokerage, or financial services) with compliance and supervision involvement
- Ability to influence VP-and-above stakeholders without direct authority
- LLM product experience with production features; prompt/system-prompt design; context window management; structured output extraction
- Agentic AI product design; understanding tool use and multi-step reasoning
- Model evaluation frameworks and metrics; data fluency with SQL; experimentation and A/B testing
- Advisor workflow knowledge (prospecting, meeting prep, proposal, transact, service) and wealth domain familiarity
