Overview In this senior role, you drive strategic digital transformations for commercial clients, guiding cross functional teams to deliver high impact engineering and technology modernization initiatives. You will partner with Technology, Operations, and Strategy executives to shape programs, manage risk, and ensure timely, high quality delivery across dispersed global teams. This position offers the chance to influence large-scale transformations with AI and engineering capabilities within Deloitte's Engineering as a Service and AI & Engineering practice. You will coach junior practitioners and help plan future staffing to sustain momentum and value delivery.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee strategy and downstream transformation engagements across globally distributed teams (US, India, Mexico)
- Define engagement deliverables, milestones, and ensure on time, high quality delivery
- Manage engagement risk, economics, and client expectations; drive proactive issue resolution
- Coach junior practitioners and contribute to staffing planning for future work
- Act as trusted advisor to Technology, Operations, and Strategy executives on transformation initiatives
Key requirements- 10+ years in commercial professional services IT consulting on large-scale IT engineering/transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field
- 5+ years leading large-scale transformation programs in a commercial environment with a tech focus
- 10+ years experience in technology and operational transformation efforts
- Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery, and leading global cross-border teams
- Strong ability to articulate technology concepts to business and technical audiences
- Experience in multi-vendor environments and with third parties
- Extensive team leadership experience across people, projects, clients, and financials
- Experience using AI to streamline business processes and drive efficiencies
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship and ability to travel up to 50%
