Overview In this role you will conceptualize, design, and manage start-up and construction of midstream natural gas facilities in Houston and surrounding areas. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to validate estimates, schedules, and safety impacts while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulations. You'll lead multi-project execution from conception to commissioning, emphasizing safety and operational excellence. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role that shapes critical energy infrastructure projects and supports company HES goals.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with departments to validate resources, schedules, benefits, and safety impacts
- Plan and manage capital and expense projects within budgets and PM processes
- Facilitate detailed design reviews to meet engineering standards
- Lead multi-discipline teams and communicate project performance
- Manage multiple projects from concept through commissioning and start-up
- Act as a safety leader, conduct safety meetings, support MOC and energy isolation procedures
- Troubleshoot operations and optimize processes using sound engineering practices
- Lead project safety reviews (HAZOPs, PHAs, PSSRs)
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering or BE/PE with relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience
- Preferred experience with meter stations, compressor stations, dehydration, amine treating, gas plants and related facilities
