Overview In this role you will lead and apply advanced systems engineering to mission-critical programs, collaborating across engineering, facilities and program management to optimize resources and schedules. You will analyze requirements, develop interfaces and data definitions, and support lab testing and integration of complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Responsibilities- Perform Systems Engineering disciplines including Requirements Analysis, Use Cases and Data Flow Diagrams
- Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and data definitions
- Lead research, testing, troubleshooting, and integration of electronic/electro-mechanical systems
- Plan and monitor costs, budgets, schedules, and manpower requirements
- Support laboratory research and engineering activities across product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable resource optimization and project success
Key requirements- Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology plus 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 6 years of experience
- Expertise in systems engineering and network/system management
- Hands-on knowledge of COTS/GOTS network and systems management applications
- Subject matter expert in at least one discipline and working knowledge of adjacent disciplines
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance; preferred DoD Secret clearance
