Overview In this role, you join a growing Nelson Mullins litigation team in California, contributing to complex civil and commercial matters across multiple San Diego-area offices. You will work with trial lawyers on products liability, class actions, and related disputes, taking on diverse responsibilities from pleadings to depositions. Responsibilities- Draft and prepare pleadings and discovery
- Prepare for, take, and defend depositions
- Manage document production and discovery disputes
- Argue discovery and other motions
- Oversee case management and coordination across matters
Key requirements- 8+ years of meaningful litigation experience in complex litigation, class action, and products liability
- Ability to draft and prepare pleadings and discovery, take/defend depositions, manage document production
- Excellent academic credentials and California Bar in good standing
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to contribute to a growing office
