Director, Enterprise Sales (High Tech and Semiconductor)

As Enterprise Sales Director, you lead a team of Account Executives to close pivotal, high-growth deals. You drive strategic sales cycles and help customers unlock Box's AI-enabled content management platform. You'll coach, hire, and develop talent while reporting metrics to leadership. This role combines people leadership with hands-on deal execution in a hybrid, client-focused environment. You'll shape how Box scales enterprise relationships and delivers impact at scale.

• Hire, train, and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives
• Develop Account Executives for career growth within the Box Sales organization
• Support team in customer on-sites, calls, and meetings
• Report on sales metrics and forecast to Senior Sales Management
• Motivate team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
• Utilize Salesforce to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metrics
• Up to 50% travel in assigned territory

• 5+ years closing experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations
• 3+ years managing and leading a successful sales team
• Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management
• Excellent communication, business acumen, organizational and time management skills
• Robust Salesforce analysis and forecasting skillset
• Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
