Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Durant, OK

As Chief Financial Officer, you provide strategic financial leadership to support AllianceHealth Durant's mission of safe, high-quality care. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle, capital planning, and financial risk management in collaboration with cross-functional partners. You'll translate financial data into actionable plans to drive margin improvement and regulatory compliance across the hospital. This role offers impact through shaping financial strategy within a growing system and partnering with clinical and support teams. You'll lead with integrity to sustain value for patients, staff, and the broader organization.

• Provide financial leadership to hospital management to drive financial performance
• Develop strategies for revenue growth and margin improvement
• Participate in state and federal funding initiatives to improve reimbursement
• Analyze costs and forecast data for service lines with senior leadership
• Develop and enforce financial policies, goals, and plans
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction in collaboration with senior leadership
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to standards
• Monitor quality metrics and align them with financial objectives
• Oversee General Ledger accuracy and timely bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly operating reports and third-party reimbursement exhibits
• Maintain regular attendance and compliance with policies

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business related field (required)
• 8-10 years healthcare financial management experience (required)
• 5-7 years senior financial leadership in hospital or healthcare system (required)
• 1-3 years acute care hospital CFO experience in a proprietary health system (preferred)
• Knowledge of healthcare financial operations, revenue cycle, and reimbursement methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
