Mid-Level Litigation Associate

In this role you will handle meaningful commercial disputes within a boutique firm, contributing across all litigation phases. You will work closely with colleagues to advance client objectives and manage complex matters in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting. You'll face a mix of court appearances, strategy development, and trial preparation, providing growing independence over time. This is an opportunity to shape outcomes in high-stakes disputes while gaining courtroom exposure and broader client impact.

• Manage a range of commercial litigation matters including business conflicts, contractual disputes, fiduciary issues, restrictive covenants, and trade secret disputes
• Prepare persuasive motions, briefs, and court filings to support case strategy
• Oversee discovery activities: draft written discovery, review materials, coordinate document analysis
• Conduct and defend depositions and help develop factual records and strategy
• Represent clients at hearings, status conferences, and other court appearances with increasing independence
• Assist with trial preparation: organize evidence, prepare witnesses, develop arguments, support second-chair efforts
