Overview

In this role you shape and lead product strategies for digital money movement, focusing on customer value and scalable, secure receivables solutions. You work with cross functional teams to drive end-to-end product lifecycles, from discovery to launch, delivering strong client experiences. You balance market needs, regulatory considerations, and performance metrics to continuously improve products. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how clients move money and manage receivables at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Develop product strategy and vision to deliver customer value
  • Lead discovery and market research to feed the product roadmap
  • Own and refine the product backlog aligned to strategic roadmap
  • Track key success metrics: cost, features, risk posture, reliability
  • Define and evolve the receivables product vision and roadmap
  • Lead client/stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, and problem validation
  • Ensure clear backlog prioritization, well-defined user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Serve as Product Owner in agile delivery, including refinement and sprint planning
  • Translate client/business needs into product briefs with scope, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, data, and UX to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure solutions
  • Drive end-to-end initiatives across receivables (invoicing, collections, lockbox, digitization, reconciliation, reporting) with delivery management
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities
  • Strong payments domain knowledge including end-to-end flows and onboarding
  • Proven ability to drive complex initiatives in a regulated environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence across business, tech, ops, and risk
  • Proficiency with agile tools (e.g., Jira) and strong writing/analytical skills for client materials
