Overview In this role you lead the development, integration, and sustainment of the Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS) for F-22 programs. You collaborate with E&T to meet airworthiness and performance goals, driving cross-functional execution and risk management. You will shape plans, monitor milestones and cost, and ensure best practices are followed across the program. The position offers impactful work on mission-critical systems that support aircraft readiness and warfighter outcomes.

Responsibilities- Lead opportunities by defining BOEs, SOWs, IMS input requirements, and supplier engineering coordination
- Track milestones and manage cost and schedule, with regular status, meetings, and issue resolution
- Apply standard processes, lessons learned, and best practices across the organization
- Develop and report metrics on engineering technical, cost, and schedule performance
- Forecast engineering resource需求 and coordinate staffing with functional leaders
- Plan and coordinate customer reviews for IMIS
- Identify and manage technical and execution risks and opportunities
- Oversee supplier technical development and integration activities
Key requirements- 9+ years of engineering and/or project management experience on aerospace or defense programs
- Experience communicating status to multi-disciplined teams and external customers
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Final SECRET security clearance
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related STEM field
