Responsibilities- Advise senior operations leaders and translate strategy into integrated people plans
- Diagnose organizational challenges using data-informed insights to drive sustainable performance
- Lead workforce planning, capability needs, and operating rhythm for current and future demands
- Drive organization design and operating model evolution, including role clarity and spans of control
- Guide leaders through change initiatives (restructures, growth, integration, transformation)
- Oversee performance management, succession planning, and internal mobility
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and investigations
- Collaborate with HR COEs to deliver cohesive enterprise-wide solutions
Key requirements- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP background in complex operations
- Ability to influence and coach senior leaders through ambiguity and change
- Strategic thinking with an enterprise mindset
- Data analytics capability to drive decisions and measure outcomes
- Experience in corporate operations or matrixed environments
- Expertise in organization effectiveness, change leadership, and workforce planning
- Executive presence with sound judgment and decision-making

- Experience with merger and acquisition due diligence and integrations
