Overview As Multimedia Sales Manager, you will lead the multimedia sales team to drive digital revenue and achieve budgets. You will train and support the team, shaping digital advertising solutions for local advertisers. You will develop compelling proposals, monitor campaign performance, and forecast revenue with leaders to advance Gray Media's digital growth. This role offers the chance to impact local markets while collaborating across sales and leadership to elevate digital products and pricing strategies.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Multimedia Executives to grow digital revenue and meet/exceed goals
- Provide digital training to the sales team
- Assist Executives in presenting and closing digital business
- Develop sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date research materials
- Maintain campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting for campaign success
- Oversee digital pricing and revenue forecasting
- Promote a winning, positive culture
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales on revenue strategy and forecasting
- Oversee all digital sales products, inventory management, and pricing strategies
- Perform duties as assigned
