Overview In this role you will support reliability of rotating and fixed equipment across multiple sites, solving design and maintenance challenges and documenting improvements. You'll apply reliability analytics and cost analysis to drive equipment uptime and efficiency. You will write project briefs and justify upgrades, while aligning with change management and OEM standards. Responsibilities- Provide technical troubleshooting for rotating and fixed equipment across assigned area teams; coordinate with internal/external experts as needed
- Apply reliability tools (reliability analytics, failure evaluations, cost analysis) to improve equipment reliability
- Create Project Request Forms (PRFs) for reliability improvements and equipment upgrades, including life cycle cost analysis and support DSP development
- Champion Management of Change (MOC) for relevant work scope
- Help establish equipment monitoring plans and control limits
- Ensure repairs meet or exceed OEM specifications
