Overview

In this role, you will drive growth for Chicago Booth Executive Education by cultivating new client relationships and expanding both custom programs and Open Enrollment enrollments. You will act as a trusted partner to C-suite and L&D leaders across sectors, shaping learning solutions with measurable impact. The position collaborates across Marketing, Program Management, and Operations to scale global offerings delivered across multiple venues. You will lead strategic initiatives to grow revenue and deepen client loyalty while representing Booth's mission to educate leaders with enduring impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop bespoke programs and align learning objectives with client needs.
  • Generate and manage a pipeline for custom programs and renewals; close new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Program Management, and Operations to ensure delivery quality and alignment on new opportunities.
  • Plan and manage annual budgets for new custom programs and renewals; monitor financial performance.
  • Lead and coach delivery staff and faculty on client engagement and program design.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to build relationships and support programs.
  • Partner with global teams (London, Dubai, Hong Kong) on strategic initiatives and alumni engagement.
  • Provide expertise in executive/professional degree program design and curricula.
  • Review and approve new client opportunities, ensuring alignment with Booth's growth strategy.
Key requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a related field; proven consultative selling to senior executives.
  • Experience in higher education or Ivy-plus business school environments is preferred.
  • Strong contract negotiation and partner management capabilities.
  • Experience with program design and multiple delivery formats; familiarity with L&D stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce and Cvent experience.
  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree preferred; minimum college/university degree required
