Overview In this role you will cultivate and manage PRO contacts within the Design Studio for a designated sales territory, focusing on A&D professionals. You'll drive brand awareness by local networking and coordinate with Design Studio Account Managers to fuel business growth. You'll engage in field prospecting, trade events, and promotions, shaping the Design Studio's connection with PRO clients. You will work cross-functionally to deliver executive-level insights and maintain strong client relationships to support territory goals.

Responsibilities- Prospect new PRO clients through field activity, calls, and digital channels; coordinate with Design Studio for onboarding
- Analyze local market and identify opportunities and prospective buyers
- Plan weekly PRO prospecting using market data and Construction Monitor
- Maintain PRO data and relationships in Salesforce and dashboards; validate sales
- Facilitate handover of new clients to Account Manager and provide Studio tours
- Participate in trade associations and shows; organize training and networking events with vendor partners
- Follow up on referrals to identify buyers and timing; monitor contract calendars and report on leads
- Schedule prospect visits with Regional Pro Manager, Regional Account Manager, Design Studio Manager, or In-Home Designer
- Train Studio Account Managers on PRO perks and Salesforce maintenance
- Stay informed on Design Studio market, perform competitive shops with Design Studio Manager
- Collaborate with Studio Account Managers on sales presentations; solicit orders for services
- Regularly connect with clients to gauge satisfaction and gather referrals
- Build relationships with local fulfillment store teams and participate in training programs
Key requirements- Three years of outside sales experience (Design/Construction Industry preferred)
- Proven business development and sales skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop recommendations
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Effective cross-cultural communication and interaction at all levels
