Overview As Finance Director for R&D, Commercialization & Marketing Finance, you partner with senior leaders to steer strategic investments and financial governance across R&D, Marketing, and commercialization. You lead a team responsible for budgeting, ROI analytics, and investment frameworks that unlock growth for Kraft Heinz. This role bridges Finance with Marketing, R&D, and Business Units, shaping capital allocation and performance insights. You'll influence executive decisions and drive efficiency through data-driven finance leadership.

Responsibilities- Serve as strategic business partner to top leadership (President of R&D and CMO) and influence resource allocation
- Own analytics and budgeting for R&D and Marketing, including entity-level forecasts and KPI tracking
- Oversee media investment governance and reporting across the North America Zone
- Drive ROI-driven investment trade-offs and alignment with growth plans
- Lead a cross-functional team and cultivate talent within R&D Finance, Marketing Finance, and BU Innovation
- Develop initiatives roadmaps with business cases and ROI/value tracking
- Represent Finance in executive forums, planning cycles, and leadership reviews
- Provide thought leadership on innovation, renovation, maintenance, and productivity projects
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in category, corporate FP&A, and/or BU finance
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior management
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders and senior leadership
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP (BOI, BI, BEX) and Tableau; familiarity with MediaTools is a plus
- Self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
