Overview In this role you lead power systems projects, delivering engineering consulting and technical leadership to customers. You'll work within a cross-functional team to perform studies, analyses, and system enhancements that improve performance and safety. You'll mentor engineers on medium-sized projects and tackle large studies independently, influencing design decisions and solutions. The position combines hands-on technical work with project ownership in a hybrid, travel-enabled setting.

Responsibilities- Provide technical consultation on power systems studies, power quality analysis, design, installation, startup, maintenance, repair, and training
- Independently manage assigned projects with on-time delivery and budget accountability
- Develop tailored technical proposals and pricing from customer specifications
- Propose equipment upgrades and design enhancements for performance and safety improvements
- Lead and mentor engineers on medium-sized projects to foster growth
- Conduct Short-Circuit, LV/MV Coordination, and Arc Flash studies with precision
- Execute large studies and projects independently with strong problem-solving and project management
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 7 years electrical engineering experience
- Residence within 50 miles of listed work locations
