Overview In this role you will define and own Cirrus' sourcing strategy, overseeing procurement, supplier selection, offers, and contract management across production, aftermarket, indirect, and/or new product development. You will lead vendor partnerships to optimize risk, reliability, and cost, while managing budgets, order fulfillment, and inventory for a multi-hundred-million-dollar spend. You'll build cross-functional plans, engage senior stakeholders, and drive strategic supplier relationships that enable business goals. This is a high-impact leadership position shaping supply chain performance and value delivery.

Responsibilities- Define and execute the sourcing/procurement strategy for one or more supply chain areas

Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience with leadership responsibilities
- 7+ years direct leadership experience
- Experience in production/aftermarket supply chains, indirect supply chain, and/or new product development
- Budgeting, KPI development, and business case experience
