Overview In this role you will oversee the financial health of Terravita Country Club by delivering accurate reporting, forecasting, and controls for a hospitality-driven property organization. You will partner with golf operations, retail, F&B, and admin leaders to drive financial performance and budget management. The position offers exposure to year-end close, audits, and capital planning within a global hospitality group. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to shape financial strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities- Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements, reports, and forecasts, including audit and tax packages
- Analyze and prepare variance reports with recommended action plans
- Prepare and post all journal entries for monthly close, year-end adjustments, and audits
- Maintain work papers for balance sheet reconciliations, revenue and expense analyses, and account activity
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and report on cash flow and liquidity trends
- Manage vendor invoicing, contracts, and budget tracking for capital and operational expenditures
- Supervise monthly and annual bank reconciliations, credit card reviews, and inventory accounting
- Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts
- Collaborate with golf operations, retail, F&B, and administrative leaders to support department-level financial performance
- Assist with annual operating and capital budgets
- Support audit activities and ensure regulatory compliance
