Responsibilities- Underwrite new and renewal business for Corporate and Specialty Markets, negotiating pricing and terms
- Monitor adherence to underwriting requirements and guidelines for assigned book
- Maintain underwriting discipline and delegated authority limits
- Review portfolio analytics and guide decision-making on actions
- Develop long-term broker/client relationships to grow profitability
- Collaborate with Distribution, Business & Product Leaders to target accounts and cross-sell
- Identify and manage special underwriting projects as needed
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and inclusion across the team and with stakeholders
Key requirements- 8+ years of Accident & Health underwriting experience
- Proven ability to grow profitability and production
