Overview As a Senior Asset Protection Investigator at CHEP, you'll lead advanced investigations to deter theft, protect assets, and safeguard information. You'll design proactive loss prevention programs and oversee complex surveillance and fraud prosecutions across the region. Your work combines data analysis, security standards, and field operations to reduce risk and support CHEP's sustainable logistics mission. You'll work with cross-functional teams to mitigate threats and protect trust in a global organization.

Responsibilities- Lead complex investigations and undercover operations to combat fraud and criminal activity
- Design and implement proactive loss prevention programs across the region
- Drive fraud prevention measures, leading internal and external prosecutions
- Conduct internet security and social media investigations to mitigate threats
- Serve as a subject matter expert on security standards, loss control, and audit initiatives
- Manage post-incident follow-up and coordinate asset recovery efforts
- Deploy electronic tracking equipment where authorized to support investigations and asset recovery
Key requirements- Law enforcement background with 5-10 years experience preferred
- Strong report writing and investigation capabilities
- Analytical skills to manage complex cases
- Tech-savvy with tracking devices (e.g., BRICS/BXB) and social media monitoring
- Willingness to travel and conduct field work; not a desk job
- Discretion and judgment handling sensitive information and background checks
