Overview In this role, you lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals to deliver the Life Time Training experience on the fitness floor. You partner with club leadership to bring the Life Time Training brand to life and drive member satisfaction through dynamic personal training. You mentor team members, coach client sessions, and help achieve personal and division goals while promoting a culture of inclusion and growth. You leverage your own production and guide the team to deliver high-quality experiences and meet productivity targets.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance standards, including disciplinary actions when needed
- Own the overall client experience and outcomes across programs
- Lead by example with Dynamic Personal Training and manage your personal book of business
- Ensure consistent quality of products, services, and fitness floor experience for the team
- Define and execute strategies to meet productivity goals; lead department-wide meetings to drive execution
- Generate new clients and match them to the right trainers based on needs; ensure trainers are skilled and prepared
- Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events such as 60 Day programs
- Coordinate scheduling, administration, and coordination for programs and classes (metabolic, small group, nutrition, etc.)
Key requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certified
- 2+ years of personal training experience
- Demonstrated leadership/management skills
- Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching abilities
