Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership to maximize quality patient care and hospital profitability
- Drive business development, physician relations, and customer service excellence
- Plan short- and long-term goals, establish budgets, and monitor fiscal performance
- Ensure services meet Inpatient Rehabilitation Division standards and regulatory requirements
- Promote a collaborative management approach and coordinate interdisciplinary programs across campuses
- Oversee delivery of innovative, technologically advanced treatments while controlling costs
- Participate in administrative team meetings and foster a high-performance culture
Key requirements- Experience in hospital operations, contract negotiations, revenue enhancement and expense control (text appears partially in description)
- Minimum five years' experience in healthcare with 3-5 years in administrative/management roles
- Prior acute inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
