Overview

As an Agility Manager Lead within JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management, you will champion Agile adoption and continuous improvement across teams. You'll mentor and guide teams to deliver high quality solutions while aligning with business goals and organizational priorities. You will leverage product development knowledge and AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate delivery and strategic planning, translating insights into action. This role combines coaching, stakeholder influence, and governance to shape agile delivery at scale, in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in adopting and refining agile practices to ensure open communication, continuous improvement, and alignment with goals
  • Leverage enterprise-authorized AI to accelerate delivery insights, validate outputs, and manage data sensitivity
  • Develop short-to-mid-term operational and transformation plans; prioritize work and allocate resources using metrics and evidence-based decisions
  • Identify trends and contribute to new policies and best practices within the discipline
  • Coach and guide a team of agility leads to enable high-performance delivery
  • Promote standardized, AI-assisted continuous improvement practices across teams with human review to ensure delivery standards
Key requirements
  • 7+ years of experience coaching teams on agile methodologies and project management
  • Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for coaching and delivery workflows with strong data handling
  • Ability to validate AI-assisted insights and escalate when uncertain
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and guide discussions
  • Knowledge of agile delivery methods including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks
