Overview Senior Director, Marketing leads the US commercial strategy for palazestrant, Olema's lead ER+ HER2- program, currently in Phase 3. You'll drive launch readiness, branding, and messaging, and partner with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Clinical Development to enable a successful US introduction. You will develop market development activities and KPIs to track launch impact in a competitive oncology landscape. The role combines hands-on leadership with cross-functional alignment in a fast-growing biotech. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape a first-in-class oncology launch.

Responsibilities- Build and execute the strategic marketing plan and launch readiness initiatives for palazestrant
- Develop and prioritize market development activities to address unmet needs
- Design go-to-market approach for resource-efficient customer engagement and adoption at launch
- Develop KPIs and analyze market, customer, and competitor insights to inform strategy
- Establish strong cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Clinical Development
- Manage partner agencies and vendors; ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Deliver marketing operating expenses within budget
- Collaborate to align functions for launch readiness and ongoing brand growth
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive commercial experience in biotech/pharma
- Proven track record launching oncology products in the US
- Ability to leverage insights and analytics to shape marketing strategy
