Overview In this role you will drive production hardware for airborne electrical products within Raytheon's ALEGS department. You'll work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering teams to ensure cost, schedule, and technical goals are met across the product lifecycle. You will troubleshoot complex circuitry and interfaces, applying hands-on testing to hardware and card assemblies. Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and test complex circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical systems across production, testing, and integration
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to resolve issues and document concurrence
- Provide technical oversight to drive program execution, including cost, schedule, and technical direction throughout the lifecycle
- Support development and sustainment activities of airborne electrical products
- Participate in subsystem integration, post-test analysis, and engineering change processes
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field
- minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
- experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design/analysis or DSP
- familiarity with laboratory equipment (waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers)
- Self-starter; able to work independently
- Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Technical writing and formal presentation skills
