Overview

In this role you will provide financial guidance and analytics for Harley-Davidson's North America Commercial organization, shaping pricing, revenue, and volume insights. You will deliver month-end processes, budgets, and forecasts with high executive visibility, driving actionable recommendations. You will partner with NA Commercial leaders to translate data into strategic actions and improvements. This position offers the chance to influence pricing strategy and financial performance at a iconic global brand. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to enable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-impact business analyses, including market share and retail price reporting with executive visibility
  • Lead NA Motorcycle pricing processes from planning to insights and publishing
  • Support NA Commercial directors with financial analysis and insights
  • Provide comprehensive financial support: monthly reports, ad hoc modeling, revenue variance analysis, and corrective action recommendations
  • Coordinate budgets and forecasts for NA Motorcycle volume and revenue aligned with the planning calendar
  • Execute month-end close tasks: journal entries and accruals per timelines and GAAP
  • Train new analysts and stakeholders across areas of responsibility
  • Provide financial oversight and participate in system enhancements affecting NA Commercial processes
Key requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years related work and/or corporate finance experience
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting systems for analysis and modeling
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a focus on process improvements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Manufacturing and/or commercial experience preferred
  • SAP and BPC experience preferred
