Overview In this role you will shape the technology strategy for Oracle FCCS and EPM within KPMG's Digital Nexus. You will lead program delivery, steer integrations across Oracle modules, and articulate business value to stakeholders. You'll optimize delivery and resourcing, drive automation, and collaborate with partners and leaders on budgets and risks. Responsibilities- Develop and execute the Oracle FCCS and EPM technology strategy
- Lead a program-focused area including engagement and continuous improvement
- Oversee design and deployment of integrations between Oracle functional modules
- Articulate business value of Oracle and govern initiative requests
- Improve delivery performance and cost through resourcing, automation, and process efficiency
- Collaborate with delivery partners to set tactical plans and manage budgets and risks
- Demonstrate integrity and uphold a respectful work environment
Key requirements- Minimum eight years of Oracle FCCS/EPM experience with focus on financial close and consolidation
- Bachelor's degree; Oracle certifications strongly preferred
- Strong accounting/finance foundation, preferably in professional services
- Hands-on experience in design, configuration, integration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud apps
- Experience across Oracle EPM modules (Planning, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS) with knowledge of EPM Automate, Data Management, FDMEE and reporting tools
- Proven ability to lead complex technology projects with stakeholders, teams, and timelines
