Overview In this role you will guide civil site development efforts in GPI's Land Development group in Allentown. You will review plans for public infrastructure, private, commercial, and residential projects to ensure code compliance and manage stormwater permitting processes. You'll mentor junior staff, liaise with clients, and support public works initiatives. This is a client-facing, cross-functional role at a respected engineering firm that values excellence and employee empowerment. You will have the chance to shape projects and contribute to a broad portfolio across PA.

Responsibilities- Review civil engineering plans for compliance with codes and regulations
- Evaluate stormwater management permits and plans
- Mentor and assist staff on engineering and plan preparation
- Interact with clients on ongoing projects
- Attend staff and municipal board meetings as needed
- Assist with public works projects for clients
Key requirements- PA Professional Engineer
- Bachelor in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field
- Ten plus years of municipal engineering or private land development experience
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and municipal codes
- Experience with land use regulations and permitting in Pennsylvania
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR
- Proficiency in reading/writing English
- Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with SharePoint and Teams
