You connect clients with Thrivent's products and programs, and develop lasting, trust-based relationships across generations. You will leverage Thrivent's reputation and your network to grow your client base, delivering engaging workshops and marketing your practice. Responsibilities- Build and grow a financial practice guiding Christians on financial clarity and generosity
- Provide personal, actionable financial advice and connect clients to Thrivent programs
- Develop long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding
- Schedule client appointments leveraging network and Thrivent's reputation; deliver workshops; market the practice
- Collaborate with specialists (business development, marketing, technology, engagement, advisors) to support business growth
- Maintain work-life balance through flexible scheduling and a collaborative culture
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role) before contracting
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and securities/insurance licensing verification as applicable
