Overview

In this role you will architect and lead the ERP and financial technology backbone for Aurora's global operations. You will balance long-term technical strategy with hands-on execution to unify ERP platforms, data flows, and AI-powered automation. You'll partner with Finance, Sourcing, Operations, and Security to enable scalable, compliant, real-time financial insights. This is a builder-focused leadership position at a high-growth tech company redefining mobility. You will shape the end-to-end financial data landscape and drive transformative systems initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Set technical vision and hands-on engineering for core ERP platform
  • Design and optimize finance-related architectures across P2P, O2C, R2R, revenue recognition, and MR P environments
  • Build API-driven middleware, data workflows, and system crosswalks to integrate ERP with banking, GTM, and supply chains
  • Lead AI adoption for internal finance platforms and automate manual tasks
  • Establish governance frameworks, ITGCs, and SoD for compliance and audit readiness
  • Drive Master Data Management strategy and real-time analytics for business partners
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sourcing, Operations, and Security leadership to align technical roadmaps with business outcomes
Key requirements
  • 14+ years leading ERP platforms and financial applications
  • 6+ years in leadership roles in high-growth tech or manufacturing
  • Hands-on configuration and architectural mastery of cloud ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end enterprise workflows in corporate finance, revenue recognition, global procurement, and MRP
  • Extensive experience with SOX, auditing, and security controls
  • Ability to map complex global data flows and unify multiple SaaS tools into a cohesive backbone
