Overview

In this Senior Account Manager role, you will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of US-based corporate clients, driving platform adoption and health of accounts. You will build trusted relationships with client teams, lead reviews, and coordinate with internal partners to deliver on commitments. You will help clients realize value from KAYAK for Business, including AI-powered features and group travel capabilities, while supporting renewals and growth. This role offers cross-functional collaboration, a chance to influence product decisions, and a meaningful impact on corporate travel programs at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, serving as the primary day-to-day contact.
  • Build long-term client relationships focused on retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead regular and strategic reviews, often with TMC partners, to assess performance.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks early, and implement action plans.
  • Drive adoption of platform capabilities (AI-assisted booking, group travel, direct content, international expansion).
  • Coordinate with Product, Support, Finance, and Implementation to resolve issues and fulfill commitments.
  • Manage contract renewals and amendments; contribute to pricing discussions and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate account records, action logs, and renewal timelines.
  • Contribute to team-wide improvements (playbooks, templates, scalable processes).
  • Represent client feedback internally to inform product and cross-functional decisions.
Key requirements
  • Experience in account management, client success, or related client-facing roles.
  • Track record of managing multiple client relationships with strong follow-through.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
  • Ability to leverage data to track performance, identify trends, and inform discussions.
  • Collaborative and organized, able to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
  • Equivalent experience or transferable skills from adjacent fields.
