Overview In this Senior Construction Project Manager role, you will lead and oversee complex government real property construction and renovation projects in Huntsville. You'll coordinate mobilization, design/build, and fit-out activities, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple projects. You will manage a Project Management Team and liaise with government clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to enforce PM best practices. This is a hands-on leadership role in a mission-driven environment with significant impact on large-scale facilities.

Responsibilities- Provide on-site construction management oversight from mobilization to occupancy
- Lead multiple projects with focus on timeliness, quality, and scope
- Interface with clients to define requirements and manage expectations
- Oversee project teams and coordination with government agencies, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Develop and maintain project charters, change control, and contingency plans
- Prepare scope of work, technical reviews, and reports
- Track metrics, maintain logs, lead meetings, ensure user needs and schedule adherence
Key requirements- Active Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor in Construction Management, engineering, architecture or related field
- 15 years of experience managing multi-faceted projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Superb communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing people and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and PM software (PM Prolog, Newforma, Microsoft Project, Primavera, RS Means, Buzzsaw or similar)
