Overview As Director for Arc's Capital Markets Strategy & GTM, you define and execute an ecosystem strategy to position Arc as the leading blockchain network for institutional finance. You work cross-functionally with Product, Ecosystem Partnerships, and Commercial leadership to identify high-value opportunities and shape the roadmap and partnerships that accelerate adoption. This is a strategic, zero-to-one role focused on ecosystem creation, market development, and product influence rather than traditional BD execution. You will build a durable network of partners and use cases to drive on-chain activity and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities- Define and own the strategic roadmap for Arc's capital markets ecosystem, including market prioritization and growth strategy
- Map end-to-end capital markets value chains and identify opportunities to accelerate institutional adoption
- Design and structure innovative commercial partnerships, business models, and economic frameworks
- Influence product roadmaps by translating market needs into actionable priorities across product teams
- Establish repeatable frameworks, operating models, and partnership playbooks for scalable ecosystem expansion
- Monitor ecosystem performance, regulatory developments, and market trends to strengthen Arc's position
Key requirements- 12+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or related strategic roles
- Proven ability to define and execute strategy in ambiguous/zero-to-one environments
- Experience influencing executive leadership without direct authority
- Experience building new business lines, ecosystem strategies, or network-driven growth
- Deep experience structuring complex enterprise partnerships and strategic alliances
