Overview In this role you drive the profit and strategic direction for a customer/site unit, leading multi-site priorities and optimizing revenue through strong customer relationships. You shape contract terms, pricing, and RFP processes while guiding the workcell's operational and financial performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and QBR outcomes, delivering sustainable growth within Jabil's strategic roadmap.

Responsibilities- Owns and manages the customer/site P&L (often across multiple sites/customers)
- Establishes and nurtures key customer relationships to grow revenue
- Leads contract negotiations and term amendments with customers
- Drives RFP processes and pricing discussions for assigned accounts
- Leads the workcell and oversees direct reports and indirect staff
- Oversees site-level strategic planning and QBR processes
- Drives continuous improvement of customer relationship metrics and satisfaction
- Collaborates with cross-functional groups to meet strategic objectives
- Manages performance and rewards for the team
- Performs other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management
- 10 years of relevant experience in BU Manager, Account Manager, or related roles
- Strong communication, global business awareness, and financial acumen
- Operational knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain
- Familiarity with Jabil tools and financial systems
- Contract knowledge fundamentals and negotiation experience
- Leadership and people-management abilities
