Overview In this role you will lead the Education & Learning team to expand Epic's tools adoption in education, design scalable learning programs, and partner with educators worldwide. You'll shape strategy for instructional content and certification, while engaging with schools, institutions, and industry partners. You'll drive programs that accelerate learning outcomes and visibility for Epic's technologies, contributing to a mission of accessible, high-quality real-time 3D education. This position combines leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on program development to elevate learners and educators.

Responsibilities- Accelerate adoption in target markets via institutional partnerships and curriculum support
- Oversee tool-specific bootcamps focused on career tracks and industry showcases
- Drive a Train-the-Trainer program to scale technical instruction globally through external partners
- Oversee regional initiatives to boost local markets, grow adoption, and increase Epic's visibility through events and speaking engagements
- Foster engagement by collaborating with the Community team to facilitate programs, deliver content, and encourage community-led learning
- Set strategy and vision for enabling infrastructure including tooling (Interactive Partner Directory, LMS) and certification pathways that promote and reward learning
- Establish and track metrics that gauge effectiveness of programs and content
Key requirements- 10+ years in Education, Training, or a related field with emphasis on technology and learning platforms
- Ability to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced environment, leveraging latest technologies and pedagogical approaches
- Passion for game development and Epic's primary industries
- Experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Track record of setting effective strategy and leading successful programs that deliver measurable results
- Experience managing a budget and building scalable services efficiently
