Overview In this role you will shape the product and pricing strategy for a generic injectable portfolio within the Specialty Injectables business. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and other functions to drive revenue, market share, and portfolio performance from in-line products to new launches. You will lead pricing actions, forecast product performance, and coordinate cross-functional launch readiness to maximize impact. This position offers the opportunity to influence commercial decisions in a fast-moving generics environment and help expand access to important injectable medicines.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement generic injectable product strategies for in-line products and new launches
- Create product forecasts (volume and financial) to evaluate opportunities and support production planning
- Lead new product prioritization, filing, pre-launch, and launch processes; participate in key pre-launch meetings
- Lead commercial launch strategies including pricing and customer offers with the sales team to ensure successful launches
- Review and adjust pricing grids based on market pricing and price changes; coordinate with stakeholders to finalize new prices
- Develop financial forecasts for the product portfolio for annual budget and quarterly estimates
- Monitor performance versus budget, explain variances, and drive portfolio performance
- Analyze market trends, external environment, and customer behavior to guide demand and supply planning
- Develop product promotion strategies and plans
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred
- 5-7 years in generic pharmaceutical marketing with product management experience
- Knowledge of customer and competitor behavior, promotion processes, pricing
- Strong leadership, decision making, influencing, and negotiation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication, financial, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with secondary market research (IQVIA, Symphony)
- Proficiency in MS Office; analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with AI tools and dashboards
