Audit Manager/Director State and Local Government

As Audit Director/Manager in CLA's State and Local Government practice, you will lead client relationships and drive audit quality for government entities. You will mentor staff, manage engagement progress and budgets, and present findings and recommendations to leadership. You will help clients achieve their funding and financial objectives using a range of tools while contributing to the growth of a fast-expanding SLG team. This role offers meaningful impact through public-sector work, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and opportunities to shape audit strategy at scale.

• Manage and develop client relationships

• Bachelor in Accounting or related field
• minimum 6 years in a large professional services or public accounting firm
• experience leading teams and managing governmental and Single audits (strongly preferred)
• CPA license
