Overview In this Tax Supervisor role, you lead complex multistate tax engagements for S corp, partnership, and high-net-worth individual tax returns while mentoring staff. You collaborate with seasoned CPAs to ensure accurate, timely tax reporting and to identify planning opportunities. The role blends client service, technical tax work, and team leadership within a growth oriented tax services practice. You contribute to scalable, compliant tax strategies and help clients grow with strong cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities- Prepare complex multistate S corp and partnership income tax returns
- Prepare high net worth individual returns
- Review mid-level multistate complexity S corp and partnership returns
- Review mid-level complexity individual returns
- Research and draft memoranda on complex tax matters
- Identify tax planning opportunities
- Handle and resolve tax controversies
- Train and supervise staff accountants
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Licensed CPA, or pursuing CPA with parts passed
- Masters of Science in Taxation preferred but not required
- At least 4 years of public accounting experience
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with ability to maintain client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects
- Strong leadership, training, mentoring, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
