Tech Senior Auditor - Post Trade Technology

Overview

In this role you will lead audits of post-trade technology controls, driving governance and robust operation of post-trade platforms. You will collaborate with technology and business leaders to translate complex topics into actionable outcomes, using data to enhance audit quality. You'll execute the annual plan, communicate findings, and pursue process efficiencies in a culture grounded in integrity and inclusion. Responsibilities
  • Execute audits from planning to reporting and deliver high-quality documentation and deliverables
  • Identify and assess key risks and controls ensuring alignment with Internal Audit policy
  • Apply professional skepticism and raise findings with management and leadership throughout the audit lifecycle
  • Build client relationships and clearly communicate results through written reports and oral presentations
  • Prepare thorough documentation to support audit work
  • Leverage data analytics to enhance audit effectiveness and insights
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and their impact on risk
  • Promote collaboration and inclusion within the team and organization
  • Seek opportunities to drive efficiencies in the audit process through automation and innovative approaches
  • Remain current with evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements
Key requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in internal or external technology audit
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology
  • Experience with internal audit methodology and audit delivery
  • Solid understanding of internal control concepts with risk-based evaluation of controls
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior partners
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing control weakness probability and impact
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure and accountability
