Overview In this role you will oversee the monthly close and the integrity of multi-country financial statements, focusing on accurate income statement analysis and consolidation. You will prepare Executive Reporting Packages and support the annual budget process, collaborating with regional controllers and department leaders. The role blends hands-on financial analysis with leadership of Financial Analysts to drive reliable reporting and strategic insights. You will work in a global finance context, delivering timely, high-quality results that support business transformation and accountability.

Responsibilities- Oversee monthly close and accurate financial statements across countries and currencies
- Review Executive Financial Reporting Packages and drive reporting improvements for efficiency
- Prepare monthly/weekly reports (operational, labor, etc.) and develop new reporting as needed
- Participate in annual budget process by coordinating inputs and evaluating estimates
- Collaborate with Directors of Financial Operations and Regional Controllers for detailed analyses
- Analyze financial data across entity, regional, and departmental levels
- Lead, develop, and evaluate Financial Analysts
Key requirements- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Fusion Cloud, Oracle EPM (Planning/FCC), or Hyperion is a plus
- Solid understanding of GAAP and its impact on financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
