Overview In this role you drive financial analytics and reporting for the Commercial Banking (CB) sub line of business, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape strategy. You will build and review financial models, perform deep-dive analyses, and prepare materials for senior management and investor-related disclosures. You'll lead value-added reporting, automate processes, and manage a team to support strategic decision making and performance tracking. This is a hands-on, influential finance role within a global banking platform.

Responsibilities- Lead discussions with senior business leadership on trends, performance, strategy, and industry landscape
- Develop and present qualitative and quantitative analyses for internal clients including senior management
- Prepare analytics and presentation materials for financial reporting meetings, quarterly reviews, and budget
- Create, maintain and review recurring and ad-hoc financial models and analyses
- Conduct root-cause analyses on key drivers and propose solutions
- Collaborate with Business Management and Analytics to enhance reporting and drive actionable insights
- Drive process simplification, automation, and enhanced analytics to support business decisions

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, Planning & Analysis and/or Accounting
- Experience in corporate financial analytics with balance sheet, P&L understanding
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills with execution track record
- Excellent verbal and written communication, executive presence
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with data synthesis ability
