Equity Analyst, Industrials & Utilities

You will join a collaborative investment team to influence portfolio decisions through in-depth equity research across industrials and utilities. You will build models, analyze earnings, and assess regulatory and competitive trends to generate actionable investment ideas. You will work with portfolio managers and leadership to refine holdings and support the firm's SMA platform, translating complex analysis into clear insights. This role combines rigorous analysis with cross-functional collaboration in a client-focused wealth management environment. Your work will help shape investment strategies and advisor outcomes, within a globally recognized financial services firm.

• Conduct fundamental research on assigned sectors and companies, including financial analysis, valuation, and investment thesis development
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and investment recommendations for portfolio construction
• Provide timely insights to portfolio managers and investment leadership on holdings and benchmark performance
• Develop research reports, earnings updates, sector commentary, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Support advisor engagement, educational events, and due diligence discussions by translating analysis into actionable investment perspectives
• Maintain governance and compliance practices across research activities and recommendations

• 7+ years of experience in equity research focused on Industrials and Utilities or related investment functions
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, and investment thesis development
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Applicable securities licenses or ability to obtain within a timeframe
• Experience in buy-side, sell-side, or institutional investment environments preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
