Overview In this role you translate workforce data into actionable people strategies that improve talent acquisition, retention, and organizational effectiveness. You'll build analytics solutions and dashboards, partner with HR and finance teams, and guide cross-functional HR projects from initiation to delivery. You'll translate insights into executive-ready narratives and support data-driven decision making at a strategic level. This role offers the opportunity to shape workforce planning and governance across the HR function.
Responsibilities- Build and evolve HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, engagement, and compensation equity; translate findings into executive-ready recommendations
- Develop predictive models to identify attrition risk, recruiting efficiency, and workforce demand; collaborate on workforce planning and compliance reporting
- Support HR Operations projects (system implementations, process redesigns, compliance) with clear plans, milestones, and risk management
- Partner with HRIS teams to ensure data integrity; lead data governance and documentation; mentor analysts and staff
Key requirements- 5+ years in HR analytics or related data roles
- Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- SQL and a statistical language (Python or R) for modeling
- Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Knowledge of core HR metrics, workforce planning concepts, and employment law
- Project management experience in HR/People Operations; governance familiarity
- Preferred certifications: HRIP/SHRMCP/PHR; PMP/CAPM or Agile/Scrum training
