Overview As a Senior Structural Designer in Primoris Pipeline, you will lead the creation of 2D/3D structural designs for midstream projects in Houston. You'll own design work, coordinate with engineers and other disciplines, and ensure drawings align with equipment and technical documentation. You'll apply Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and CADWorx Structure to develop platforms, supports, and grading plans. This role combines hands-on design with risk-aware, OSHA-compliant practices to support project success and safety.

Responsibilities- Create grading models and plans using Civil 3D
- Perform cut-and-fill analyses and generate material lists based on soil conditions
- Design platforms, supports, and structures with CADWorx Structure
- Coordinate with engineering team and other disciplines throughout projects
- Ensure drawings comply with OSHA regulations and PIP standards
- Collaborate with external vendors to align drawings with equipment/technical docs
- Maintain revision and markup records across project scope
Key requirements- 8 to 15 years of experience as a Structural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and CADWorx Structure
- Proficiency in 3D modeling using various AutoCAD applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task across projects
