Overview As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead the design and optimization of TBM power systems to accelerate tunneling progress. You will drive integration with mechanical, software, and civil systems to ensure robust, scalable electrical solutions. You will tackle high- and medium-voltage design challenges, data acquisition, and power electronics for rugged environments. This role places you at the core of transformative infrastructure work with a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will help shape the electrical architecture for a mission-driven transportation network.

Responsibilities- Design and test electrical systems for the TBM and Loop transportation system
- Oversee development of data acquisition and power electronic systems (custom and COTS)
- Coordinate integration of electrical systems with mechanical structures, software, and civil systems
Key requirements- 5+ years in medium/high voltage power systems, transformers, switchgears, panels, motors, and motor controllers
- Basic analog and digital circuit design knowledge
- Experience with power distribution concepts and single-line diagrams
- Experience proposing/overseeing outsourced electrical designs
- Knowledge of PLCs, industrial automation, and DAQ technologies is a plus
- CAD experience and HV safety training
- Willingness to work long hours/weekends and travel up to 20%
