Overview As Senior Manager, you will lead finance and outsourced accounting engagements for small and mid-sized clients, guiding monthly closes, reporting, and advisory work. You'll be a primary client contact, delivering high quality results within budget while building trusted relationships. You'll mentor teams, optimize staffing, and leverage technology to improve delivery and efficiency. Responsibilities- Lead and manage client engagements from planning to delivery, including monthly close and consulting projects
- Serve as primary client contact, delivering timely, high quality work within budget
- Prepare and present financial results and analyses to client management and committees
- Oversee client invoicing and collections coordination
- Mentor and develop team members, supporting growth and collaboration
- Assist with staffing, resource planning, and utilization across engagements
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology and innovative solutions
- Ensure engagements comply with industry standards and firm methodologies
- Support leadership with strategic initiatives and client expansion opportunities
Key requirements- CPA designation
- Bachelor in Accounting
- 8+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Significant outsourced accounting or consulting experience
- Proven experience leading client engagements and teams
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with financial management systems and related technologies
